Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) is the Eni-controlled operator of OML 60–63 in the onshore Niger Delta. Together with the Brass terminal and the associated gas system, it has historically been one of the four IOC joint-venture operators with NNPC (alongside Shell, Mobil and Chevron). The 2024 sale of NAOC to Oando — completing Eni's onshore exit and concentrating the company on the deepwater offshore — is one of the defining transactions of the 2020s Nigerian upstream realignment.
