Nuhu Ribadu (b. 1960), Assistant Commissioner of Police and barrister, was the pioneer Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) from 2003 to 2007 — the years of the headline prosecutions of Tafa Balogun, James Ibori and DSP Alamieyeseigha.
