Chevron Nigeria Limited operates the OML 49 and OML 90/95 blocks in the shallow-water western Niger Delta and offshore Escravos. The Escravos Gas-to-Liquids plant (commissioned 2014, $10bn) is one of the few commercial-scale GTL facilities in the world and the largest single industrial investment in Delta State. Chevron's deepwater Agbami field (OML 127), operated under a PSC with NNPC, is among the most prolific deepwater fields in West Africa.
