Launched 29 March 2021 as the principal implementation track of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021. Targets domestic gas-to-power growth, LPG household penetration of 20%, autogas (CNG) conversion of 1m vehicles by 2030, and gas-based industrialisation. Implementation through the Presidential CNG Initiative (PCNGI, est. 2023) and the Decade of Gas Secretariat at the Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
