Aliko Dangote (b. 1957) is the founder and Chairman of Dangote Group, Africa's largest privately held industrial conglomerate. Dangote Cement is Africa's largest cement producer; Dangote Petroleum Refinery in Lekki — commissioned in 2023 and ramping through 2024 — is the world's largest single-train refinery at 650,000 b/d.
