The record

Stella Oduah (b. 5 January 1962, Akili-Ozizor, Anambra State) led the airport remodelling programme that delivered 22 airport terminals between 2011 and 2014.

She was dropped from cabinet in February 2014 following the House of Representatives' report on the ₦255 million procurement of two BMW 7-series armoured cars for her by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority.
