Hadi Sirika (b. 1964, Katsina) was Minister of State for Aviation 2015–2019 and substantive Minister 2019–2023.
The 'Nigeria Air' national-carrier project — unveiled in a livery reveal at Abuja Airport on 26 May 2023, three days before the administration ended — was investigated by the House of Representatives. In December 2024 the EFCC arraigned Sirika on charges relating to the project's procurement.
