Note#
The first state budget in Northern Nigeria to pass ₦1 trillion. Presented at ₦1.368 trillion; the Assembly raised it by about ₦110 billion. Internal revenue, Federation Account receipts and debt stock are not yet recorded for this state; they will be added only once read off the NBS, Accountant-General and DMO releases.
