  • 2019 governorship Supreme Court ruling (14 January 2020) — Court sacks Emeka Ihedioha (PDP) and installs Hope Uzodimma (APC) despite Uzodimma's 4th-place INEC finish. Triggers state-wide protests and a major legitimacy crisis.
