Indigenous Nigerian hospitality conglomerate founded in Port Harcourt by Chief Tony Deinma Eluemunor in 1991 (Genesis Foods) and reorganised as the Genesis Group in 1998. Genesis Deluxe Cinemas (2008) was the first wholly Nigerian-owned modern multiplex cinema chain, opening the Polo Park Mall (Enugu) flagship before Silverbird's national rollout was complete. Operates Genesis Restaurants, Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, Hardrock Cafe Lagos franchise and the Genesis Hotels brand.

Genesis Group is a Port Harcourt–founded hospitality and cinema conglomerate established in 1991. Its Genesis Deluxe Cinemas chain is one of the two largest cinema operators in Nigeria (alongside FilmHouse / Filmone) and a foundational distribution channel for the Nollywood theatrical era. Its restaurant arm operates the Genesis Restaurants and the Sweet Sensation QSR chain.
