The record
Bayo Omoboriowo (b. 1989, Lagos), graduate of Geography from the University of Lagos, was appointed Official Photographer to President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 and served until 29 May 2023. He authored 'Aso Rock: Through the Lens of Bayo Omoboriowo' (2019). His work has been exhibited internationally and has appeared in CNN, BBC and The Guardian. He documented every state visit, summit and major Presidential event of the Buhari administration.
