Longest-serving Corps Marshal. Oversaw the rollout of the National Drivers Licence (NDL) and the National Vehicle Identification Scheme (NVIS).
The record
Oyeyemi (b. 1961, Ondo) joined FRSC at its founding in 1988. As Corps Marshal he formalised the joint NDL/INEC voter-card production at the Nigeria Security Printing & Minting Plc and chaired the African Road Safety Observatory.
