Babatunde Fowler (b. 28 October 1955, Lagos) was previously the executive chairman of the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, where he raised the state's IGR from ₦3.6bn to over ₦20bn monthly.

As FIRS Chairman, he oversaw the introduction of TIN-BVN linkage and the Voluntary Assets and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS) of 2017–2018.
