The record

Andrew Yakubu was GMD when CBN Governor Sanusi disclosed in September 2013 the alleged $49.8bn (later revised to $20bn) in unremitted NNPC oil receipts.

In February 2017 the EFCC recovered $9.7m and £74,000 in cash from a property linked to him in Kaduna — at the time the largest cash seizure in Nigerian anti-corruption history.
