Drug trafficking executions of Nigerians — a real bilateral accountability issue.

What keeps it alive

Malaysia has executed Nigerian nationals for drug trafficking offences. The mandatory death penalty for drug trafficking in Malaysia has caught Nigerians — some of whom claim they were unaware of what they were carrying. The Nigerian government has at various points protested executions without suspending relations.
